I’M SARAH

A mindset coach, spiritual mentor & embodied non-duality teacher.

My journey of LISTENING TO MY HEART started in winter of 2017 when I decided to LEAVE MY MARRIAGE OF 8 YEARS. I had all the things that I thought would make me happy: a successful well educated partner, a home that we owned overlooking eucalyptus trees and nature, and 2 beautiful children. I did “all the things I was supposed to”, why was I not happy?

I look back and see how much of that LIFE I CREATED was based on conditioning and PROGRAMMING.  I was in a rush to “get there” and the only “there” to really ever be in is your HEART. 

So this was the first time in my life I took a LEAP OF FAITH and TRUSTED MY HEART and I left. It was the hardest and most painful decision I ever made; breaking up a family is not easy.  I left all the safety and stability of my life and took a GIANT LEAP INTO THE UNKNOWN with no income. This was my first big act of FAITH. It was in that moment that I knew my work in the world was going to be to TEACH WOMEN HOW TO TRUST THEMSELVES. 

I dove deep into years of therapy. I dove deeper into plant medicines and spent years working with psychedelics. It was through this time I saw all my stuff: my PROGRAMMING, my fears, my belief systems, my patterns, my anger, my resentments. It was through all of this hard work that I LEARNED ABOUT MY MIND and how it operates. 

I saw all the ways I was BLOCKING LOVE and MONEY and creating the same experiences in my life over and over. I saw all the ways I was ADDICTED TO STRUGGLE and being the VICTIM.  Everything felt hard as I was confined by my own LIMITING BELIEFS. I continuously sabotaged good things in my life perpetuating a pattern of struggle.

I’VE NOW CREATED A LIFE I LOVE and created a business I love. I get to help other women TRANSFORM THEIR LIVES and this makes me feel so good! I am so much more EMPOWERED AS A WOMAN and especially as a MOTHER. I had so many limiting beliefs about what was possible for me, tied up in a path of struggle, and it feels so good to be relieved of all of that baggage and live my life. I am no longer trying to control everything around me. I am in flow, I TRUST MYSELF and I have FAITH to take the next step I am shown, even when I don’t know what is on the other side.

I love hanging with my BOYS and our miniature schnauzer, being in NATURE, practicing YOGA, gardening, and cooking in the kitchen with friends.
